One of my favorite things about our newborn sessions is getting to know each family and taking that information to create a custom session that is perfect for them. A session that is beautiful, simple, timeless but yet full of meaning. After all, these photos will adorn their walls and their albums will set on their coffee tables, so the style of the photos should fit their homes and the memories should fill their hearts. They way we accomplish this can happen a number of ways…it might be using a specific color, or a blanket that has been knitted by grandma, or using jewelry that has been passed through generations, etc.. For the session below it was incorporating baby’s beautiful name into the set up. And goodness, did this baby have the most beautiful name….Alina Rose. So roses it was, simple yet beautiful.
We absolutely love how the photos turned out. And even more than that, what a joy it was to work with Alina’s parents. We had the pleasure of capture this couples pregnancy as well.
